Why Me?
I've spent my entire adult life training and over the last few years i’ve turned my focus solely to distance running. Both running and gym training has taught me many key life lessons such as the power of consistency and hard work which has enabled me to find success in numerous areas of my life. I’m now in a position where I want to mentor others by guiding other athletes as they achieve their goals and grow along the journey.
I’m a qualified professional in risk management, safety and health across UK industry whilst pursuing my passion in sport as an athlete and coach. My professional career has taught me the importance of being able to find a work, life and training balance which I find is key to enjoying training and being a happy athlete.
