Coaching Process

1) Complete the contact form linked below via the ‘sign up here’ button or on the ‘contact me’ page.

  • I’ll receive your contact details and reach out to you to arrange the next steps

2) Arrange an online video call to discuss your goals and devise the initial plan to begin working towards your goal.

  • The video call will be a detailed breakdown of your recent training history alongside a holistic review of overall training age/status, current lifestyle, work/life/training balance etc. to help devise the right plan for your individual needs.

3) Enroll you as an athlete on trainingpeaks

  • All training will be provided through the gold standard coaching/athlete platform trainingpeaks where i will provide training on a weekly schedule where you’ll have full visibility to your plan and a breakdown of all of the key metrics alongside myself so we can plot your path to the goal.

4) Communication

  • You’ll have full access to me throughout the week via whatsapp messages and scheduled calls wherever required. There will be as much communication as you need to help guide you through key sessions or to answer any queries around your training program as well as any general support from a training or lifestyle standpoint.

Pricing for personalised 1:1 coaching:

  • £120 Per month

  • All Running events with specific focus on endurance events from the 1500m through to the 3000m, 5k, 10k, Half Marathon and Marathon whilst also having experience in improving hyrox running performances.

  • All I ask for is 100% effort because your goal is my goal!

  • Training plans are updated on a weekly basis and frequent communications are given to support athletes so they can hit the sessions set. I also communicate on a regular basis to meet the needs of the individual athlete and I’m always contactable via whatsapp.

  • In my opinion TrainingPeaks is the best platform to deliver training to athletes. Simply it is a training calendar that enables you to view your planned workouts and record your completed sessions, making it the perfect tool for runners and coaches. It’s free to use when you purchase one of the training plans, however, there is an optional Training Peaks Premium version, which you may wish to upgrade to and will allow you greater flexibility in moving sessions around.

  • TrainingPeaks is the gold standard online platform coaches and athletes. I use TrainingPeaks myself as an athlete and I could never go back to spreadsheets & PDF documents. TrainingPeaks offers some brilliant features like allowing the athlete to upload and view their workout data from numerous devices to create a training hub/dashboard to view your progress. You can access TrainingPeaks via your mobile device or tablet as well as via a desktop browser so it’s accessible at all times.

  • The training plan will develop as we work through the early phases of the build but the initial phases of training will be aligned with any recent race results with the main focus of the training being sustainable training that you can withstand week on week as i’m a fire believer that consistent competence always prevails over erratic excellence.

  • As runners being on top of strength training and nutrition are non-negotiables, I offer 24/7 communication via whatsapp to discuss these crucial topics whilst also providing running specific rehab and strength training suggestions and a comprehensive fuelling guide that covers pre, during and post training fuelling to optimise performance and aid recovery.
