Coaching Process
1) Complete the contact form linked below via the ‘sign up here’ button or on the ‘contact me’ page.
I’ll receive your contact details and reach out to you to arrange the next steps
2) Arrange an online video call to discuss your goals and devise the initial plan to begin working towards your goal.
The video call will be a detailed breakdown of your recent training history alongside a holistic review of overall training age/status, current lifestyle, work/life/training balance etc. to help devise the right plan for your individual needs.
3) Enroll you as an athlete on trainingpeaks
All training will be provided through the gold standard coaching/athlete platform trainingpeaks where i will provide training on a weekly schedule where you’ll have full visibility to your plan and a breakdown of all of the key metrics alongside myself so we can plot your path to the goal.
4) Communication
You’ll have full access to me throughout the week via whatsapp messages and scheduled calls wherever required. There will be as much communication as you need to help guide you through key sessions or to answer any queries around your training program as well as any general support from a training or lifestyle standpoint.
Pricing for personalised 1:1 coaching:
£100 Per month
£250 For a full training cycle/block e.g. a 16 week Marathon build.

All Running events with specific focus on endurance events from the 1500m through to the 3000m, 5k, 10k, Half Marathon and Marathon whilst also having experience in improving hyrox running performances.

Training plans are updated on a weekly basis and frequent communications are given to support athletes so they can hit the sessions set. I also communicate on a regular basis to meet the needs of the individual athlete and I’m always contactable via whatsapp.
